As part of the international project “Culinary Trail of the Ethnic and Local Cuisine in the Danube Region”, a professional workshop titled:
“Future of Culinary Tourism – Riverboat and Food Cart Presentation”
will be held on May 21st, 2026, at Zepter Hotel Vrnjačka Banja.
The workshop will be led by Vujadin Vujadinović, F&B Manager of Zepter Hotel Vrnjačka Banja and participant in international gastronomy, tourism, and HoReCa development projects.
The event will gather representatives of the HoReCa sector, tourism professionals, gastronomy experts, and creative industries with the aim of presenting innovative models of culinary tourism development within the Danube Region.
During the one-hour programme, participants will be introduced to:
- mobile gastronomy concepts (Food Cart Concept),
- river-based culinary experiences (Riverboat Concept),
- sustainable gastronomy and tourism integration,
- and opportunities for implementing these concepts within the tourism and hospitality sector in Serbia and the wider region.
Participants will also have the opportunity to watch the official project promotional video, explore examples of good practice from the Danube Region, and exchange ideas about the future of authentic gastronomic experiences and modern tourism trends through an open discussion.
